Smart Multimedia is a focused forum to promote the exchange of the latest advances in multimedia technologies, systems, and applications from the research, development and industrial perspectives.
Authors are invited to submit a full paper (12-15 pages in Springer format) according to the guidelines available on the conference website at https://smartmultimedia.org/website/. For Short/Industrial papers 8-11 pages in Springer format will be needed. Page limits may be extended by Program Chairs based on special requests. Electronic submissions are required. An option for submitting Extended Abstracts instead of full final version for review will be posted on the conference website.
Indexing: Proceedings will be available to the following: ISI & Science, EI Engineering Index, ACM Digital Library, DBLP, Google Scholar, IO-Port, MathSciNet, Scopus & Zentralblatt MATH.P

The conference will have high quality limited track oral and poster presentations. Several awards sponsored by industry and institutions will be given out. Accepted papers must be presented in person by one of the authors at the conference, or else they will not be included in the proceedings. Extensions or work related to the conference papers will be sought for special issues of selected journals. The proceedings will be published by Springer (approval pending). In addition, authors of accepted papers may submit related or extended work with considerable new material to special issues in ACM Transactions on Multimedia (TOMM) or Remote Sensing (Impact Factor 4.8).
